Green Lantern! And the new X-Men. And the new Transformers.
... um, am I missing any other action franchises?
(Also, I still need to see Thor... Anyone here seen it? Good/bad/ridiculous?)

Thor was two hours of boring. There was WAY too much talking and not enough "smacking around dudes with a giant hammer". Thor himself spends most of the movie powerless. The romance was awkward and painful to watch, not to mention totally unbelievable. There was way too little blond, bare-chested hunk to make up for it.

Dodger HATED it but that is because she knows her motherfreaking mythology and was hurt by how the movie/comics tore it apart. My inner mythology buff died and was subsequently resurrected. It now runs around screaming that it's the original Grendel. It's mass chaos in Cat-town. Mud fighting, no shirts...I think that Dodger was at least happy with that end of it. Hynegh want nyeh Seriously, though, not enough hot, shirtless man.

That's so disappointing -- I was hoping to get my Skarsgård fix from the elder until the younger's show came back on-air.

Oh, and the new season of Sherlock. (I know it's TV, but they're long enough to be movies!)

CAPTAIN AMERICASO EXCITED SO. EX. CITED. We, we, we so excited? Onlyaworkingtitle -- going to repeat myself. Go out and see X-Men. Now. Maybe see Thor first and then see X-Men. Because it will repair whatever damage Thor does to your soul with his hammer.

Also, fuck Thor. Go see X-Men because it's fucking good. Watch Thor on DVD.

Oh, and the new season of Sherlock. (I know it's TV, but they're long enough to be movies!) Actually, they're kind of considered series of movies? It's odd...but I like it. ALSO I AM ALSO EXCITED FOR THIS

They just happen to all be busy and/or not in or near the City. I'll check with the nearby busy ones to see if they have any free days, though...

The Muppets Movie and Transformers.
...and Breaking Dawn. The birth scene should be epic and equally disturbing.

I for one really enjoyed Thor, but I'm a sucker for Branagh's directing.
I'm excited for Green Lantern! YESSSSSSS! SPACE TOP GUNNNNN! Except it was pushed back in my country to August. *cries*
Couldn't give a crap about Captain America. I hate the hell out of American patriotism, or any patriotism for that matter. EW.

That enthusiasm wasn't sarcastic. Mocking those movies from the front row on opening day is the best mother-daughter bonding ever.
