As a political science student I am curious of where the many people here align themselves on a political scale. Right wing, left wing, or third party? Any political issue would be fun to discuss imo ^_^ Attachments:

Incredibly liberal on social issues, centrist/left-leaning on economic and military ones.
Registered Democrat, but I don't really like the party.

I don't really like politics. I just don't. It's all such bullshit to me. Especially since it's pretty clear that the "people" don't get a final say in anything. (Thanks AP history).
But I consider myself a Moderate, more Republican than Democrat. Though I could swing either way depending on the issue.

I just got the right to vote last year. I am registered Independent, but tend to sway toward voting democrat. I usually avoid speaking about politics since that just makes friends hate each other.

Socalist/anarcho-syndicalist/pan-leftist/bleeding heart, academic liberal.
I am registered unaffiliated, but I vote with the Democrats more often than not.

Registered to vote. Usually I support NDP because they're the most likely to get shite done (and they are the leading opposition to the Conservative majority right now).
I'm not actually sure who keeps voting for the Cons up here. No one I know, that's for sure.
(When I lived in the States I was a Democrat, registered as such, and voted that way.)

I don't know shit about politics, but I'm Pretty Fucking Liberal on social issues. I don't know enough about the other issues, but chances are good I'd be classified as "liberal" on those, too, if I did.

It might sound bad, but I'm pretty apathetic when it comes to politics. I'm not politically ignorant, I just don't apply it I suppose. I would say I'm moderate, but I almost always agree with the liberal side of an argument.

Is "apathetic" an affiliation?
I really just hate politics, to be perfectly honest. :/ Haven't bothered to register to vote or anything. I lean conservative when I bother to lean at all so it's really not even worth it to vote in my liberal state anyway. Plus I think the two-party system is ridiculous and I'm hardly about to support it.

I want to register independent to avoid being affiliated with any party, but if there's a subject matter, I'm most likely to have a liberal standpoint on it.

I'm a feudalist. I think I registered as a Democrat, though.

When it comes to social issues and equality things, I'm as liberal as they come. I'm not quite sure where I stand on other things, but chances are I would be liberal on those, too.

Political apathy is the most common feeling AND the reason for the failings of the political system ^__^ For the most part people seem fairly liberal here which isn't really surprising to me. I was just very curious.
