Hello, I am Katherine.
I'm a Comparative Literature major attempting to specialize in Russian Literature.
I was never one who grew up around books, and I was surrounded by an illiterate household, sadly. A lot of my family who came from China only got an elementary education.
I'm very tall and thin. 5'8 105 lbs. ( so basically I look disgusting. In the words of my parents, "You look like a girl who got back from a prison camp". )
I love hummus and middle eastern food. That's basically all I eat, and I am perfectly okay with that.
I love Alyoshka from The Brothers Karamazov; hence the username.
A long term goal in life I have is to improve literacy rates in the U.S.

I haven't met someone in real life who likes the same books I do yet... so lonely in this part of town.
