Do any of you guys practice yoga? I'm curious about your experiences with it, what benefits you've gotten from it, etc. I'm prone to anxiety and sometimes have breathing related panic attacks, and I've been told yoga and breathing exercises can help me learn to manage this. I've checked out the classes on campus and there's several different types listed (hatha, vinyasa, etc). While I've been researching and getting a general idea of what each of them are, I'm not sure which one would be best for me. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what would be good for a beginner?

I've done yoga, but haven't paid enough attention to know the different kinds. I'd recommend speaking to the classes' instructor(s) and asking them which course is best for a beginner -- maybe describe what you want to get out of it and what your previous exercise experiences have been, and let their expertise guide you.
