I really wanted my hoodie in grey with the eagle, but... eh. Maroon is fine. I might go back for a teal one. And possibly sweatpants.

Well, I have an Oxford university hoodie, and Oxford university trackies, but I don't go there, so maybe that doesn't count. I can take pictures as soon as they're out of the wash x) I'm going to Exeter in September, though, and am planning on getting a hoodie.

I have several free shirts. (I swear, they'll give you a free shirt for just about anything. Going to orientation, going to the bookstore, leaving your room.) My favorite is the one I got from the bookstore, even if the colors are awful. And the last time I visited before moving in, I got a nice red and black hoodie.

They have to lure the hermits out somehow, right?

I don't, actually. I don't wear sweatpants, pullover hoodies or unisex t-shirts... which leaves the selection of school apparel pretty slim! I might look into a travel mug or something, though. Hm...

The vast majority of my college apparel is used to sleep in. I brought all my high school shirts for that reason as well. Because unisex t-shirts aren't my thing either. I will wear a hoodie on the occasionally, "I feel like wearing a hoodie day." I also got another two free shirts today. Just for turning in my Honors College Update form. A various other free things.

I bought sweatpants just for my 5 and a half hour car ride I get to embark on in about an hour. But they're deliciously comfortable.

They're not much my thing either, but that's what T-shirt mods are for, as long as you avoid the trashy ones. At the least, anyone with any degree of sewing skills can flip it inside out and make it more slim - fitting by sewing an inch or two inside each hem and cutting off the extra. Also, when you put it on, you can try flipping the sleeve hems up an inch or two if they're too long and baggy. I still don't wear them a lot, but paired with some shorts and flats or keds, they make comfy casual wear. I have grown a love of wearing neat shirts with my striped shorts and classic-style espadrilles. Sometimes I top it off with my crepe fedora.

Sometimes I top it off with my crepe fedora. Everything should be topped off with a crepe fedora.

It turns out the word I was looking for was straw, but we got the idea.
And the idea is this: Fedoras rock.

Fedoras are cool. Like fezzes. And Stetsons.
... Really, just hats in general are cool.
