But speaking of oil! OLIVE OIL. So wonderful.

Fairway's (a grocery chain with two locations in NYC) has fantastic free samples of olive oil. I have been known to spend fifteen minutes or more standing there, munching on liberally-dunked bread and trying to learn the difference between a Californian olive oil and an Italian one. I haven't quite yet, but I'm determined to keep trying.

I LOVE OLIVE OIL. It really is liquid gold.

Chili's has this new green chile sauce (named Hatch sauce) that they add to this hamburger and makes it UH-MAZING. I encourage you all to go try it.

I never see Chili's commercials. Maybe one every once in a while. And they lie, trust me. Customers are not that jovial in their restaurant visits.
