... That's not a beautiful ad. It's a kid with a nosebleed.
And I've never seen it before, so this is my first time being freaked out by it. Perhaps because I have adblock? It's a firefox add-on, and ridiculously wonderful. They probably have a version for whatever browser you use.

Yeah, I used to love adblock on Firefox, but I switched to chrome and just... didn't care enough >.>
It later pans out to reveal that he's got that smeared all over his face, because apparently the cupcakes have red frosting... but still, that's disgusting.
