I don't know about the other people in this community, however as an English major I often find that as much as I love many of my writing assignments, finals week often leaves me pulling all nighters to complete multiple-uber essays for 3-4 literature classes. The end result is typically a piece that greatly inspired me at the moment of it's conception, but no less left me wishing I had more time (or sleep) to do an adequate job of proof reading for wonky sentences, typos, and mechanical errors.
Can anyone recommend a web site to consult in just such situations that offers live college level tutoring for English majors so that I can have this done? I don't mind paying for the service, but it does need to be instant (no next day appointments) and performed by someone with equal or greater command over the English language than myself when I am completely awake and alert.
As you might have guessed, it is crunch time for me, and in a few hours I will be completing the last of my final essays for this quarter. While I'm sure I can get a relatively decent grade on the projects by myself, I don't see any reason why I should settle for that when the end result could be quite good if not fabulous instead. Alternately, if you do not know if any such web sites, but want to do a little editing yourself send me a private message with some kind of e-contact info (Facebook, MSN, text message) and I'll get back to you if I still need some help when I see it. As I said before, I don't mind paying, but you'll need to have a PayPal account to accept payment.
The assignment is due at 4 PM tomorrow (well actually today) pacific standard time and the essay will be at least 12 pages in length. I am primarily working with Bram Stoker's Dracula (the novel) and the Korean film "Thirst" (2009).
