Ok, I can't be the only one on here who geeks out tremendously to BSG (the relaunch, not the original one).

Favourite season? Character? Pairing? (I'm a fan of Gaius/Six, myself.)

(And if you haven't seen BSG at all, get a 30-day free trial at Netflix. If you factor in 12 hours for sleep each day you still have enough time to watch the entire series, which is on there (the US site, not the Canadian one -- yet). And for the love of the Lords of Kobol, start with the Miniseries!)

I dunno...I've been trying to get into this, but it just...isn't clicking for me. Starbuck IS win, though.

Watched the first three episodes (the two of the mini-series, plus "33"). Still not sure I'm getting into it. I just don't much like any of the characters, though, again, STARBUCK IS WIN. She's not in it enough to make up for the rest of it. I guess Apollo might be growing on me, but, gods damnit, I want Helo back on that fucking ship so I can see more of him. Tahmoh Penikett is the only saving grace on this show thus far (aside from Katee Sackhoff).

I truly want to like this show. I really, really do. But something JUST ISN'T CLICKING. I promised I would give it the first season, but if it still doesn't click, then...I dunno. Maybe another year will do it.

Helo and Starbuck are huge main characters throughout the series. There are few episodes that they're not in.

And yeah, Tahmoh Penikett is win. According to my mom he looks just like his dad; she was in politics with Tony when she lived in Yukon.

Starbuck is my obsession as well. I'm actually....a lot like her. (Though I have been sober for a year and a half; I kind of miss being a functional alcoholic.) My friends have nicknamed me Starbuck. (Most of us have BSG alter-egos. My mom is Roslin, my friend Kelly is Tigh, my other friend Razzy is Six, my bestie is Helo, my boyfriend is Sam, and my dad is Gaius. When my boyfriend and I hooked up and I didn't return to the cabin I shared with Tigh and Six, as I came down the stairs that morning after my shower Kelly was standing at the bottom. "Starbuck!" he roared. "Awww, sir, am I in hack again?" "Again? Try still!")

I went as Starbuck to DragonCon.
