I'm offended by your bit of hypocrisy there. You ask Potter fans to not judge you by your choice of reading material, but then you steer your own judgements our way all the time. *tsks* Regardless, I still have to read Bloodhound.... 90% of the time I use caps, I'm being facetious and you really oughtn't take me seriously. The other 10%... I don't even know what I'm doing there. I think I'm usually yelling the title of a book. But yeah, my "DO NOT JUDGE" rant-thing wasn't meant to be serious-hypocrisy or anything... That makes sense because I say so, blah. I know. I was just riffing. Couldn't come up with a better word than "hypocrisy". Today = no bueno. You really ought to read Bloodhound. It is good stuff. I did a quick reread before starting Mastiff, and it was still good stuff. GET ON THAT SHIT, BI-ATCH. (See? Not serious. I would not seriously yell at you about not having time to read a book yet. Or call you some variation of bitch. Because I'm nice like that, and whatnot.) I know, I know. I need to read it. It's on my bookshelf constantly mocking me. But I have finals next week and I need to study. Then over break, I alternate between working and being at home and when I'm not doing either of those, I need to prep for my independent study next semester.

I'm almost finished with A Dance with Dragons, by George R. R. Martin. Not quite finished yet because it's hard to read through the tears.

Currently reading Dante's Inferno. (And a LOT of books on Russian history.) Up next is probably A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, unless I have to read all of Tolstoy in a fortnight.

Right now I'm in the middle of 1Q84 (and loving it so far), as well as having just started Thomas Harris' Silence of the Lambs since I absolutely love the movie. Up next is James Joyce's Dubliners, for a class next semester and I want to get it done before the holidays.

I've been putting off getting into Michael Cunningham's The Hours for weeks. I have no excuse but to finish it now that school is no longer in session. The person who recommended it to me said it was an angstfest (which scares me).

I'm reading "The Help" and goshdarn it I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do. It's one of those times I feel the book deserved all the hype... though I haven't finished it.
And guys, I got B&N giftcards and I suddenly forgot all the books I wanted. Help.
