Had specialized ramen for late lunch/snack.
Ramen (shrimp is best, but any flavor works. Just so there /is/ a flavor. Mixed Veggies Salad shrimp (the really little ones, pre-cooked)
Two cups of water in your bowl. Add ramen but not the seasoning. I break my ramen block in half, but it's not necessary. Add Shrimp until you have as many as you want. Add veggies until you have as many as you want. Microwave 4 1/2 to five minutes (The water will be super hot, but unless you do it this long, your ramen won't cook. Even at 4 1/2 minutes it's more al dente than I prefer my noodles to be. Add seasoning, stir, break up the clumped ramen noodles, stir more and eat.

Ordered Thai. 'Twas good. Nice to have a break from the kitchen... Lately, I feel like I spend more time there than I do in my own bedroom. Probably because I do. Must sleep more...

Today was hop around and eat free food day. So I had some celery, carrots, and pita with hummus at my honors college meeting. Then I had nachos at bingo.

RICE PUDDING.
(Going to Rice to Riches, a really effin' awesome rice pudding restaurant. Grabbing pizza first, mainly just to justify the rice pudding.)

I quick-marinated it with sesame oil, olive oil, mirin, ground ginger, cumin powder, tumeric, curry powder, garam masala, and sweet Thai chili sauce for about ten minutes or so? It always gets a ton of flavour from the sauce. SO FUCKING GOOD, THAT SAUCE.
