Like we said: TRAIN WRECK. So bad, but just... can't look away. Dammit, now I'm curious... You will hate yourself for it, but it's an interesting hatred. I mean, you can play spot-the-not-okay, and feel like a sex-ed BAMF. Or make a drinking game of it, if that's your thing. And, well, some people like trainwreck books, or enjoy feeling awkward and slightly nauseated by their erotica. Different strokes, and all that jazz. Mostly, you'll just be able to rant about it to anyone who will listen. If you haven't noticed, the latter is my favorite part.

A drinking game would be hilarious. "Drink every time someone gets spanked." You'd be completely hammered by like page twenty. I think a big part of what bugged me through the entire series is that there's SO much more homosexual (male in particular) sex than there is heterosexual sex and...I just can't get into that. I ended up skipping those bits. So I ended up skipping a lot of the books.

And I have just now read the synopsis on Goodreads and I am not surprised Anne Rice wrote it under a pseudonym. The reviews are simultaneously making me laugh and horrifying me. What I'm getting from them is that there is a lot of spanking.
