I read:
-A Softer World
-All New Issues (This is an almost offshoot of GWS - they share one or two characters and their cat is part of ChooChooBear's litter with Hazel's cat.)
-Anders Loves Maria (This one has finished and I loved it. I highly recommend it.)
-Books of Adam (This one has the same style as Hyperbole and a Half. Adam essentially tells stories and illustrates them.)
-Cheer Up, Emo Kid (I wish this one updated more regularly. It's kind of violent in a hilariously awful way.)
-DAR (Finished. Diary comic.)
-Dresden Codak (I love his art so much and wish that he too would update more frequently.)
-Eerie Cuties (Essentially monsters in high school.)
-Flaky Pastry (This one only updates once a week and follows a dysfunctional group of fantasy creatures.)
-Girls With Slingshots
-Happle Tea (It involves Sasquatch, a kid with a massive zippered hoodie, and myths. )
-Hipster Hitler
-Hyperbole and a Half
-Khaos Komix
-Least I Could Do
-Lil'Formers (Transformers, but little.)
-Menage A 3 (It's NSFW and not entirely about sex)
-Nic Buxom (based on real-life adventures of a San Francisco dominatrix also NSFW.)
-Oglaf!
-Out at Home (Follows the kids (mostly) of a washed up baseball player.)
-Questionable Content
-Rock, Paper, Cynic (One panel observations (usually literary or "intelligent").)
-Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal
-Surviving the World (photo comics)
-Sweet Nevermind (Currently on hiatus and is based on Jaenelle Dorrin's real-life struggle to write her novel.)
-Yu+Me (This is one of my favorite finished comics. The writer explores all sorts of different artistic mediums to tell the story.)
-Wapsi Square (Supernatural elements and features very strong willed independent females. There's a lot of saving the world.)
-Wasted Talent (The journal comic of the author.)
-XKCD
Apparently I read quite a few webcomics... I hadn't realized that before. And these are just the ones I remember keeping up with.
Edit: I used to read Chester XYZ 5000. I only stopped because I forgot it existed. Thanks for the reminder Katje.
